Trash pick-up delayed, City offices closed Nov. 11In observance of Veterans Day on Nov. 11, curbside trash and recycling collection will be delayed one day and City of Kansas City, Mo., offices will be closed.Residents who usually have Tuesday collection will receive this service Wednesday, Nov. 12.
