Street will pay tribute to fallen firefighters on Nov. 29th

Four years after a massive explosion killed six Kansas City firefighters battling a blaze at a Southland construction site, six stone crosses were erected to memorialize them. This month — 20 years after the fatal blast — the street those crosses face also will become a memorial to the fallen firefighters. Learn more here>

The service, which is open to the public, is scheduled for 10 a.m. at the 30/41 Memorial site at 87th Street and Blue River Road.
