Free breakfast at a meeting May 22nd.

The City's Water Services Department invites you and your neighbors to enjoy a free breakfast at a meeting this Saturday for the City’s Middle Blue River Basin Green Solutions Pilot Project.

The meeting will be held Saturday, May 22 at 8:30 a.m. at the United Believers Community Church located at 7546 Troost Avenue.

At the meeting, you will have the opportunity to see if stormwater improvements will be made near your property, be encouraged to provide feedback on the proposed improvements, and have the opportunity to ask questions of the project team.

Some of the improvements that will be presented include:

· Curbs and sidewalks
· Traffic calming devices such as curb extensions
· Green solutions such as rain gardens and bioretention systems


Breakfast will be served and there will be a drawing for prizes (must be present to win).
