This Saturday, January 8, 2010 from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Legacy Park Community Center is hosting a free health fair and birthday bash.
Free health screenings include:
- Blood pressure
- Bone density
- Diabetes
- Foot care
- Cancer profiling
- Muscle tension
- Flu vaccinations
- Motor skills
- Memory screenings
The birthday bash includes a free open swim, gym equipment, fitness classes, snacks and more.
Schedule of Events:
- Open swim, fitness center, track and racquetball: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Chair massages: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Turbokick: 8:30 a.m.
- Community Health Fair: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Boot Camp: 9:30 a.m.
- Meet KC Wolf: 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Zumba & Zumbatomic: 11:30 a..m.
