I hope everything and everyone is doing alright. I am sure you remember Michael Dorch and Tommie Simmons. They were the burglars that committed numerous crimes all through the Metro in Missouri and Kansas. Many people went to earlier hearings to show how the community felt about these individuals and it was much appreciated. It really does make a difference to the judge when the community feels strong enough about something that they show up in court.

Well Michael Dorch is being sentenced on Friday, 12-17-2010 at 3:00pm. It will be in the Independence, Mo. Courthouse Annex, 308 W. Kansas, Independence, Mo. 64050, Division 15, 2nd floor and the parking is free.

So if you can make it, your attendance will be much appreciated.

Tommie Simmons is set for trial the week of 02-14-2011.
