Dec 4th: Free Community Health Clinic and Fair

With all the overindulging during the Holiday season, I could definitely use something health-oriented to keep me in check.

This Saturday, December 4, 2010 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., LifeQuest Church is hosting a free community health clinic and health fair.

This free health fair includes:

* Blood pressure screenings
* Body mass index measurement
* Blood glucose (diabetes) screenings
* Health risk assessments
* Chiropractic evaluations
* Eyeglass repair and fitting
* Therapeutic massage
* Social services assistance

There will also be a children’s area with a moon walk, face painting, and interactive health activities for kids.
