The Junior League of Wyandotte and Johnson Counties in Kansas is working with the YMCA in the attempt to reverse the growth of childhood obesity.

Please join us on April 12th anytime between 10am and 3pm as we bring our community together at the Healthy Kids Day at the Kansas City Zoo. Come see us at the Junior Leagues' Kids in the Kitchen booth and learn about healthy www.kidsinthekitchen.ajli.org trition and exercise. Educating our children is the first step to making a lasting change in their futures.

This Fun Fest is Healthy Kids Day and the Zoo has partnered with the YMCA and Children’s Mercy Family Health Partners.

Enjoy more than 20 booths and fun activities throughout the Zoo centered around healthy lifestyles. All these activities are included with Zoo admission.
